Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

Were seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This role focuses on translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating UI/UX wireframes, and ensuring quality through testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and documentation that development teams can effectively implement
• Create wireframes and UI/UX mockups to visualize solutions and facilitate discussions between stakeholders and development teams
• Conduct research on technical modules and solutions to support decision-making and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives
• Develop and execute test cases to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
• Facilitate communications between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and document complex business processes
• Experience creating technical specifications, user stories, and process documentation
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between business and technical concepts

Nice to Have

• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
• Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and database structures
• Experience in test case creation and execution
• Knowledge of relevant industry domain
