Job Description : Effectively attend guests & visitors and enquiries, provide need based information to the vendors / customers. Domestic & International Travel Management.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.

4. Greet persons entering organization / Traditional welcome to Foreign delegates

5. Direct persons to appropriate destination.

7. Managing visitors within the TBM premises.

8. General administration and clerical support.

9. Maintain reception area. – neat and tidy.

10. Travel Bookings (Domestic - (road, air & train) & International and VISA process.

11. Checking invoices of travel bookings

12. Conference room and training hall bookings and confirmation.

13. Interact with EPABX service providers for extension configuration.

14. Maintain extension list and telephone nos. list on timely basis.

Job Specifications:

• Strong knowledge of airlines, handling procedures, reservation systems, ticketing processes, transportation options, travel management software/tools.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Education : Any graduate
