Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for IVD products in assigned territory.
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions through effective communication.
  
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities to promote company's products.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the medical devices industry.
  
• Strong understanding of biochemistry, hematology, IVD technologies.
