Spare Parts Manager - Auto Components / Automotive / Automobiles

Preferred candidate profile :-

Experience: Minimum 6+ years in relevant roles; experience with OEMs and EV OEMs / HVAC in the auto industry preferred.

Education: Graduate; preference for candidates with an MBA or B.Tech degree.

Role & responsibilities :-

Parts Forecasting: Anticipate demand for spare parts to ensure availability and avoid inventory gaps or surplus.

Monthly Revenue Monitoring: Track spare parts revenue to ensure alignment with company targets and identify improvement areas.

Parts Master Management: Maintain the parts master database, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Dealer Stock Monitoring: Supervise dealer inventory levels to align with company guidelines and ensure optimal stock availability.

IDK Planning and Execution: Develop and implement Inventory Distribution Kits (IDK) to streamline supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of spare parts planning and warehouse management processes.

Proficiency in inventory management tools and forecasting software.

Analytical mindset to optimize supply chain and stock processes.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and dealers.

This position plays a vital role in optimizing spare parts operations, ensuring smooth warehouse management, and supporting the company's growth in the EV & HVAC industry.
