Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (RMFCS) Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Retail RMFCS for retail clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail merchandising systems, cloud-based solutions, and Oracle Retail Cloud products.

You will help clients streamline their merchandising operations, improve inventory management, and enable data-driven decision-making through Oracle's powerful cloud services.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle Retail RMFCS Implementation and Configuration :

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (RMFCS), ensuring alignment with business requirements for inventory, pricing, and promotions management.

Client Consultation and Requirement Gathering :

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, particularly in merchandising processes, and define system requirements for RMFCS implementation.

System Integration :

- Integrate Oracle Retail RMFCS with other Oracle Retail modules (e.g, Oracle Retail Pricing, Oracle Retail Invoice Matching) and third-party applications (e.g, ERP, WMS) to ensure seamless operations and data flow.

Customization and Optimization :

- Customize the Oracle Retail RMFCS to meet specific client requirements and optimize the solution for better performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Data Management and Reporting :

- Utilize Oracle Retail Cloud's analytics capabilities to design and implement reporting solutions that provide insights into merchandising performance, inventory control, and financial management.

Training and Knowledge Transfer :

- Provide training and workshops to end-users on Oracle Retail RMFCS to ensure successful system adoption and efficient use of the platform.

Post-Implementation Support :

- Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Oracle Retail RMFCS, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with evolving business needs.

Documentation and Best Practices :

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.

- Share best practices and continuous improvement recommendations with clients.

Stay Updated with Oracle Retail Cloud Updates :

- Monitor new features, patches, and updates to Oracle Retail RMFCS, advising clients on potential improvements or new functionalities.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- 4 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (RMFCS).

- Strong understanding of retail merchandising processes, including inventory management, pricing, promotions, and product lifecycle management.

- Experience with Oracle Retail Cloud products, particularly Oracle Retail Merchandising Cloud Service (RMCS), and integration with other retail systems (e.g, Oracle Retail Pricing, Oracle Retail Invoice Matching, and ERP systems).

- Expertise in cloud-based technologies and SaaS solutions.

- Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of an Oracle Retail RMFCS implementation from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications :

- Oracle Retail certifications (e.g, Oracle Retail Merchandising Cloud Service).

- Experience with additional Oracle Retail modules such as Oracle Retail Price Optimization, Oracle Retail Supply Chain Management, or Oracle Retail Inventory Management.

- Experience working in the retail industry, particularly with merchandising operations.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g, Agile, Waterfall).

- Experience working with global clients and complex, multi-country implementations.
