Position : RMS Techno-Functional Consultant (Junior and Senior Roles Available)

Experience : 4+ years for Junior position; 8+ years for Senior position

Location : Remote (PAN India Hiring)

Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced RMS Techno-Functional Consultants for both junior and senior positions. The successful candidates will have strong expertise in RMS (Retail Management System), RESA, and PL/SQL, with additional knowledge of RIM and SIM being advantageous. This is a remote role open to candidates across India.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work as a techno-functional expert to implement, configure, and support RMS solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts and database procedures to enhance system performance.

- Assist in the customization and configuration of RESA solutions.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to RMS and associated applications.

- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

- Document system processes and create user guides as needed.

- Mentor and support junior team members (for Senior position).

Requirements :

- Must Have : Proven experience with RMS, RESA, and PL/SQL.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

- Good to Have : Knowledge of RIM and SIM modules.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 4+ years of relevant experience for the Junior position.

- 8+ years of relevant experience for the Senior position.
