- Training Need Identification based on RJIL OSP Infra and
Utility design and deployment - Creating Course materials and other documents such as Handouts, Manuals, and exercises on OFC, Utility and Infra Maintenance
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes and adjusting accordingly
- Month wise Training schedule preparation and approval
- Responsible for the training of O&M Resources of NOC
and Circle Teams on OFC, Utility and Infra Maintenance - Responsible to support specific training execution together with processes of OEMs
- End to end Training Management of Training Programs of different domains
- Analysis of Training Data (Feedback, complaints etc) and providing inputs to MIS Report
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending
educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
attending conferences; etc
