Job Description
Principal Trainer Electrical Safety, SITRUST India Areas of Responsibility
Siemens SITRUST Occupational Safety Training Centre is a true player in the field of Occupational Safety for Internal and External Stake holders. In close collaboration with our partners and customers, we are the driving force for the Integrating Safety in Business.
For sustainable business Safety is one of the main levers. SITRUST plays a vital role over here in Loss prevention process by offering Safety Training to create awareness, enhance safety skill and competency. Electrical Safety Principal Trainer in SITRUST will report to the SITRUST Head.
Imparting Electrical Safety Training across the business functions and external customer; at SITRUST, onsite and online.
Developing customized modules as per the need. Leveraging technology and using new age practices and training pedagogy- online tools, modules, etc.
Collaborating with Business EHS Heads for training need identifications and development of modules.
Reviewing Electrical related Risk Assessments , Safe Operating procedures, RFQ requirements etc.
CSR Support - Conducting training for Siemens Scholarship Program, Development of course material, etc.
Support SITRUST Head for external business development activities to ensure overall growth of SITRUST.
Identify and develop vendor partners for greater outreach of SITRUST trainings- for content development and delivery.
What you need to make real what matters!
Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of successful experience in Electrical field/ Manufacturing / Construction (Project Management, EHS, Manufacturing, O&M, Installation and Commissioning) and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.
Around 5 years experience in leading teams, intercultural experience, project management experience would be preferable.
Training expertise in the broader spectrum of EHS topics would be preferable.
Education & Training:
Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics
EHS related certification (e.g. ADIS, NEBOSH iDIP) would be an added advantage.
Trained as trainer.
Passion for EHS and training, mentoring and developing people
Excellent Team player, should be able to collaborate virtually.
Good networking skills in the industry
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
