Trainee Business Analyst

Provide exceptional customer service and manage relationships to achieve mutual goals


Advise and guide customers in pre-implementation consulting, including Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design, and Configuration


Conduct client workshops on business processes, requirements, and system design


Perform business and systems analysis, documentation, and gap analysis


Configure applications and provide system training to internal and external clients


Collaborate with development teams for timely solution delivery and conduct testing


Design and execute data migration strategies, offer go-live and post-live support


Demonstrate strong people management skills and the ability to lead a team


Plan, prioritize, and organize project schedules and activities


Identify and analyze risks and issues, working with project managers


Systematically analyze situations, resolve problems, and anticipate implications


Develop and test functional designs, write specifications, and interface with customers for testing and issue resolution


Contribute to data migrations, integrations, report design, and security design
