HR Operations Manager (Workforce Planning & Compliance)

Role & responsibilities

• Forecast and manage workforce supply for peak and non-peak periods.
• Coordinate with clients to understand manpower needs and deploy workers efficiently.
• Oversee attendance tracking, absenteeism management, and shift scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, contract labor regulations).
• Negotiate and manage relationships with labor contractors.
• Work closely with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
• Implement workforce automation tools for better efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in large-scale workforce deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple manpower vendors.
• Experience with workforce management software is a plus.
