Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our affiliate marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the affiliate marketing industry and a proven track record in sales. You will be in charge of driving revenue growth by acquiring new affiliate partners, managing relationships, and optimizing performance to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Acquisition: Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through prospecting, networking, and other sales channels.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and support to maximize their performance.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue from the affiliate channel.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with affiliate partners, including commission rates, payment terms, and marketing strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and finance teams to align affiliate marketing activities with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the affiliate marketing industry.
