Role & responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat.
2. Address client inquiries regarding account setu products, and general information.
3. Assist clients with technical issues, troubleshooting.
4. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues effectively.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
7. Stay updated on industry regulations, market developments, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
3. Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional language proficiency..
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of product
7. Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
