Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with Chartered Accountants (CAs) and selling the Legal entity documents to them. This role will involve conducting calls to build relationships, identify potential needs, and support the business development team in generating qualified leads.


Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to clients to inquire about their needs.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, acting as a first point of contact for legal document inquiries.
  • Qualification: Assess whether the secondary clients require documents by gathering relevant information during the calls.
  • Data Collection: Accurately log all interactions and details in the system, tracking progress and client requirements.
  • Lead Generation: Identify opportunities for the Business Development team for follow-up, based on the need for legal entity documentation.
  • Market Research: Keep updated on industry trends and needs related to legal documentation, ensuring calls are relevant and informative
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and feedback on call outcomes, lead generation, and any challenges faced.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionals over calls.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using google sheets and creating client relationship logs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during calls.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Remote based working environment.
