Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment:
  
• Handle the full recruitment process from job posting to final offer.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction.
• Sourcing and Screening:
  
• Actively source candidates using different platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Maintain and update the candidate database for future hiring needs.
• Employee Leave Management:
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee leave balance sheets (sick leave, casual leave, paid time off).
• Coordinate with employees regarding leave requests, track approvals, and monitor leave usage.
• Ensure compliance with company leave policies and government regulations.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  
• Assist with employee record management, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics and employee leave balances for management review.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of administrative HR tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and employee leave management.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks effectively.
