-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
-Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
-Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations to management.
-Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
-Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
