Hr Executive And Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities :

-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.

-Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

-Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations to management.

-Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

-Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

-Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and systems.

-Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and concerns.

-Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a timely and confidential manner.

-Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution
