Role & responsibilities: -

Recruitment & Staffing-

• Posting job vacancies and sourcing candidates.
• Screening resumes and conducting interviews.
• Coordinating hiring processes and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement-

• Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
• Organizing employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
• Maintaining a positive work environment.

Performance Management

• Implementing performance appraisal systems.
• Tracking employee progress and suggesting training programs.
• Providing feedback and development plans.

Training & Development-

• Identifying skill gaps and arranging training sessions.
• Coordinating workshops and career development programs.

Compliance Responsibilities-

• Managing employment contracts and handling disciplinary actions.
• Keeping up with regulatory changes.

HR Policies & Documentation-

• Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies.
• Maintaining employee records and HR databases.

Skills Required: -

1. Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Ability to effectively communicate with

employees at all levels.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Experience in hiring and onboarding

processes.

3. Conflict Resolution & Problem-Solving - Ability to address workplace issues

diplomatically.

4. HR Software & Technology Proficiency - Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, and

payroll software.

5. Organizational & Time Management Skills - Ability to multitask and manage HR

operations efficiently.

suggest improvements.

7. Leadership & Teamwork - Capable of leading HR initiatives and collaborating with
