Role & responsibilities

The HR Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

• Develop Recruitment Strategies:
  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source Candidates:
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.

• Screen and Evaluate:
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Interview and Selection:
• Conduct interviews and provide recommendations on candidate suitability.

• Offer and Onboard:
• Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding with HR.

• Employer Branding:
• Promote the company as an attractive place to work through job advertisements and social media.

• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with employer branding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
