Head - Sales - Industrial Paints (Paint sales B2B experience only)

Purpose of the Role:

- Identifying the potential of industrial coating business across India, connect with large potential clients, develop and foster loyal, long-lasting relationships to generate substantial revenue through repeat business.

Job Responsibilities:

- Find opportunities for product sale and grow the paint business

- Plan and guide team to achieve monthly | quarterly and annual targets

- Identify untapped | strategic end-user industries and projects, understand their needs and expectations and get our products approved through trials and sampling

- Identify new product requirements at target industries (new, existing) and get product trials, demo conducted for approvals to generate new business

- Train the team and end consumers on the effective application of relevant products

- Identify industry future trends and work for future readiness via new product development and skill enhancement of team

- Maintain hygiene with regard to inventory and receivables

- Sustain the on-going business by managing relationships with existing customers

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and proactively deal with complaints

- Capability building of the team and talent management
