JD:
This shall include:
- Review of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets.
- Review of projections, and underlying assumptions.
- Review of adequacy of working capital facilities, including limits, term and covenants.
- Evaluation of potential synergies.
- Reporting of potential risk or price affecting issues where identified.
- Review of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets.
- Ability to review sale and purchase agreement and correlating findings of due diligence process therein.
- Assuming responsibility for production of quality deliverables within agreed timescales, briefing Partner accordingly.
- Lead assignment teams on smaller deals, assuming responsibility for junior staff development.
Competencies:
- Logical, methodical and commercial approach allied to strong business diagnostics skills.
- Able to quickly identify the core issues from a large volume of data. Possess commercial acumen to identify risk and/or potentially price affecting issues.
- Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on conciseness and risk management.
- Good leadership and team building skills with commitment to developing/motivating junior team members.
- Good appreciation of risk management, including sound applications of firms procedures
Locations:
Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai
Candidates will have responsibility for the planning and management of transactions reporting directly to a Partner. Work will involve coordinating financial due diligence and reporting activities (including working capital reports, profit estimates etc.). In addition, candidates will be expected to work as part of full service diligence team (incorporating specialists), liaising and building relationships with financial advisors/investment banks, legal advisors, commercial diligence providers, corporate lenders, investors and other stakeholders on an agreed scope of work.
