Key responsibilities for the People Services Manager role
- Managing HR Information systems, identifying opportunities for enhancements and driving implementation
- Managing and optimizing HR processes across employee life cycle, reviews of HR policies and procedures
- Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Managing compliances to employment laws and regulations and ensuring documentation of such compliances are tracked and maintained in the compliance tools.
- Managing compliance audits
- Manages employee onboarding
- Monitor HR trends, best practices, and changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend enhancements
- Vendor management and contract renewals
- Developing metrics and reports to track HR performance and identify areas for improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitization of HR Operations processes and manage implementation
- Guide and support team members, providing training and development, performance feedback, and
overseeing their daily activities.
