Urgent Openings - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

• To develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales)
• To maintain and develop existing accounts
• Should target new customers as well as new business opportunities
• Should focus on medium-size, Tier 2-3 companies and start-ups or scale-ups
• Infuse Sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients
• Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach their targets
• Build an open-communication environment for your team.
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 2-6 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and business development
• Experience in project and warehouse sales is a big plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent in communication and negotiation
• Extended customer portfolio in Pan India and outside.
• Strong and long term relationship with the liners.
