Role & responsibilities

1.Complains pertaining to Defective meter.

2.Requests from Consumers for change of building purpose (i.e residential to commercial upgradation)

3.Consumer complaints / requests pertaining to accuracy of meter.

4.Meter Disconnection due to unsafe wiring etc.

(a)Update the complain details in the system & ensure its

(b)Monitor the execution time as well as pendency of the jobs & assert timely completion of the jobs Viz:

1.Removal & replacement of identified defective meters.

2.Verifying the purpose of the building registered by consumer.

3.Site visit for accuracy test.

4.Street light meter reading.
