- Maintaining harmonious industrial relations. Maintaining various register and records as per Labour Law and ensuring timely compliance.
- Maintaining cordial relations with Govt. authorities & local bodies.
- Time Office Management, Transportation Management, Management of administrative assets.
- Employee Engagement & Corporate communication.
- Coordination in employees training & development programs.
- Maintaining various MIS over company’s portal like People Strong, HRMS, CLMS and other allied portals.
- Manage inspections under various applicable labour laws time to time as per requirements.
- Culture Building
- To coordinate activities related to Corporate Relations & Liaison with Govt Authorities.
- Participate in internal audits Viz ISO & IMS.
- Maintain utmost integrity and discipline at unit / site in all the aspects of business.
