Assistant Manager Marketing - Zirakpur, Punjab

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the front-end (customer) and the backend (supply) with active involvement in logistics and supply chain for the business - Customer wise order processing & rolling forecast for CNG and PNG, market forecast and planning on a regular basis, new customer development, customer service, customer-wise supply chain management.
• Market Activation Play and active role in customer development process and implement various brand activities like market surveys of prospective areas of getting new customers thru close contact with the respective marketing agency. Manage the sales promotion activities for PNG industrial and domestic accounts by way of planning, evaluation and budget control.
• Innovation Formulate sales and marketing strategies for industrial and commercial segments.
• Image and brand building at local level Liasoning with Govt. officials, local media, industrial and other associations for harmonious corporate relations.
• Customer delight / service - To coordinate with O&M and project teams for quick redressal of customers complaints. Coordinate pre-sales and after-sales services.
• Team building and developing good working culture amongst employees and DMAs - Carry out performance appraisal exercise and other grievance handling of employees. Training and coaching team members to excel their performance

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: MBA full time
• Preferably from CGD background
