AGM - IT (SAP Support)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the internal SAP support work day-to-day operations, review user experience and feedback & contributing to the overall improvement of our application adoption and functionality. Closely work with contractors and internal team members to address support needs for SAP system.
• Provide end-user support to all levels of production operations including Procurement, Sales, Trade compliance, Finance and Quality, and provide advice regarding standard SAP functionality and best practices as it evolves with company needs
• Maintain and present metrics and dashboards regarding SLAs to executive level management
• Mentor and coach junior developer resources and work closely with internal and external teams, and business users
• Interface with developers and configurators for performance and data access requirements
• Stay current with new ERP / SAP technology developments and techniques, research new software and tools, proactively recommend improvements
• Ensure major incident communication to management and internal customers
• Reconcile data across all IT applications with suitable API integration
• Follow up on performance, cost and quality, through target and KPI measurements
• Implement SAP HR IT services
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements in line with business requirements.
• Manage and oversee SAP customizations, ensuring they meet business needs while adhering to SAP best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with the SAP functional and technical teams to deliver system improvements and new functionalities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 10-16 years of experience in SAP support and management roles, ideally in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
• SAP Certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate).
• Experience with SAP migration or S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Knowledge of diagnostic industry-specific processes and business requirements is a plus.
