Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to promote Toprankers' offerings to students in schools and colleges in Indore. The primary focus of this role will be to conduct engaging webinars and seminars that introduce our educational products and services to students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for public speaking, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Webinars & Seminars: Organize and deliver webinars and seminars in schools and colleges across Indore, showcasing Toprankers' offerings, such as mock tests, coaching programs, and study resources.
• Promote Services: Effectively communicate the benefits of Toprankers' services to students, teachers, and educational institutions.
• Collaborate with Educational Institutions: Build relationships with key decision-makers in schools and colleges to facilitate partnerships and promote Toprankers' offerings.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads from the student community for various Toprankers programs and offerings.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate logistical aspects of webinars and on-ground seminars, including venue booking, speaker arrangements, and event promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
• Min 1 year of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management or educational services (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and Hindi proficiency is a must).
• Experience in organizing and conducting seminars/webinars, preferably in the education sector.
