Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Faculty to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be an alumni of NID or IIT-IDC with prior teaching experience and expertise in design education. This role involves delivering lectures, developing course content, evaluating students work, and providing mentorship to help students excel in their design careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching: Deliver engaging and insightful lectures on design-related subjects.
• Content Development: Create, update, and organize curriculum, study materials, and resources.
• Student Evaluation: Assess student progress through projects, assignments, and exams.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor students through design projects, helping them refine their skills and creative process.
• Collaborative Work: Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure the overall quality of the curriculum and student learning experience.
