Responsibilities
1. Build Relationships with Prospective Clients
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
- Develop and maintain a strong rapport with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
2. Maintain Consistent Contact with Existing Clients
- Regularly communicate with current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term relationships.
3. Manage Sales Pipeline
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure the sales pipeline remains full by continuously identifying new prospects and moving them through the sales funnel.
4. Analyze the Market and Establish Competitive Advantages
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to position the companys products/services as the best choice in the market.
5. Track Metrics to Ensure Targets are Hit
- Monitor sales performance using key metrics and analytics tools.
- Adjust strategies as necessary to achieve or exceed sales targets and other performance goals.
