E-commerce Marketplace Sales Specialist

Role & responsibilities: We are looking for a Marketplace Sales Specialist to manage and drive sales of our tools and accessories on key marketplace channels, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. This is a full-time, office-based role in our Noida location, providing the successful candidate an opportunity to contribute to our growing presence in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Management: Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify to maximize visibility and sales.
  
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve rankings on marketplace channels.
  
• Analysis and Optimization: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and optimize listings to enhance product discoverability and conversion rates.
  
• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment of marketplace orders.
  
• Customer Engagement: Handle queries and resolve issues to maintain excellent customer satisfaction and positive ratings.
  
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience managing sales on e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
  
• Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive profitability.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketplace management tools, analytics platforms, and basic SEO techniques for product listings.
