Position Overview:
Job Title: Product Marketing & Content Senior Manager

Tookitaki is seeking a Product Marketing & Content Senior Manager to lead strategic storytelling, market positioning, and high-impact content creation that enhances our brand visibility and drives demand for our AI-powered financial crime prevention solutions.
This role requires a strategic thinker and strong storyteller who can translate complex AML and fraud prevention challenges into compelling narratives tailored for compliance and technology executives at banks and enterprise fintechs.
As a key contributor to thought leadership, sales enablement, and demand generation, this role plays a critical function in ensuring that Tookitaki's messaging resonates across the ASEAN and Middle East markets.
Position Purpose:
- The Product Marketing & Content Senior Manager is responsible for shaping Tookitaki's brand positioning, messaging strategy, and content execution to drive engagement, lead generation, and pipeline impact.
- This role ensures consistency in product positioning and messaging across all platforms while developing data-driven, impactful content that supports enterprise sales and demand generation initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Digital Marketing teams to build compelling content that enhances market credibility, sales conversion rates, and brand differentiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging & positioning for Tookitaki's AML and fraud prevention solutions.
- Craft compelling value propositions that address the pain points of Compliance, Risk, and Tech teams at banks and enterprise fintechs.
- Align with Sales & Customer Success teams to ensure messaging clarity and differentiation in the market.
Content Strategy & Execution:
- Own and execute the content roadmap including blogs, whitepapers, industry reports, case studies, and webinars.
- Research, create, and edit high-impact content that drives thought leadership and lead generation.
- Develop SEO-driven blog content and long-form content to increase organic traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to turn complex AML & fraud trends into digestible content for different audiences.
- Ensure content is aligned for multi-channel distribution, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and PR campaigns.
Sales Enablement & Demand Generation Support:
- Develop sales decks, pitch materials, and one-pagers to equip sales teams for enterprise deals.
- Create case studies and customer success stories that highlight Tookitaki's market impact.
- Partner with digital marketing teams to repurpose content for paid campaigns and drive lead conversion.
- Optimize content strategy to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
Thought Leadership & Industry Influence:
- Amplify Tookitaki's market presence and authority through authored articles, guest blogs, and media features.
- Work closely with industry analysts (Forrester, Gartner, Chartis) to shape Tookitaki's market perception.
- Develop research-backed industry reports that enhance Tookitaki's credibility with financial institutions and regulators.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Product teams to translate features into customer-centric messaging.
- Collaborate with field marketing & event teams to create high-value content for industry events and webinars.
- Align with Marketing Ops & Digital Marketing to track content impact on lead conversion and sales pipeline.
Content Planning & Execution Discipline:
- Develop a structured approach to content planning ensuring consistency in execution, delivery timelines, and messaging clarity.
- Implement data-driven decision-making to assess content performance and optimize future initiatives.
- Ensure content meets the needs of different audience segments while maintaining brand consistency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a hybrid B2B SaaS marketing role.
- Strong background in developing and executing product positioning strategies and messaging frameworks.
- Experience in SEO-driven content marketing and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to create compelling narratives for enterprise buyers (banks & fintechs).
- Experience in financial services, compliance, or fintech marketing is a strong plus.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS product positioning & storytelling.
- Expertise in SEO optimization and performance-driven content marketing.
- Experience in working with sales teams to create effective enablement content.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and multi-channel content repurposing skills.
- Experience creating and optimizing content for LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
