Position: Sales Manager (IT)
Location: Hybrid
Reports to: Head of the business

Summary of Position Requirements:
Play a role of business developer. Seeking an adept sales person with a passion for growing business. The ideal candidate will spearhead the business growth, execution, and optimization of our business growth of campaigns across various verticals. A deep understanding of modern marketing tools and strategies is crucial, as you will be orchestrating integrated campaigns from inception to delivery. Collaborating with marketing, operations, and vendors is key to ensuring timely, result and target oriented growth of the business. Should have excellent communication skills and have experience in dealing with senior professionals

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define sales strategy
  • Create and maintain healthy pipeline.
  • Engaging with prospect and existing customer
  • Define sales targets and plan to achieve them
  • Responsible for new business and grow existing business
  • Work with marketing team and collaborate for lead generation activities


Education Requirements:

  • MBA in marketing or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience, ideally more than 4 years, in digital marketing, including managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creating web content and a strong grasp of various channels like blogs, SlideShare, Facebook, and Twitter are essential.
  • We are looking for someone who is both creative and analytical, and capable of crafting engaging digital campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, running user funnels, and conducting A/B and multivariate experiments is a plus.



  • Proficient in website analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Shopify.
  • Well-versed in ad-serving tools and adept at setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Familiar with Adobe, WordPress, HubSpot, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and stay current with the latest online marketing trends and measurement best practices.


Physical Requirements:

  • No Overtime will be paid for achieving target and business objectives
  • Sitting for extended periods.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects.
  • Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
  • Stable/reliable Internet network

Additional Requirements
Ability to: Arrive to work on time, based on an Eastern US workday; Follow directions from a Supervisor; Work independently of daily supervision; Manage others, Interact well with co-workers and associates at all company levels; Accept constructive criticism.
