The role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead / Specialist to join our organization based in Chennai.
- Maximize profitability through superior customer service, effective and prompt communications, and follow-up on all pending customer matters.
- Manage inventory & audits.
- Adherence to customer s SOP - Ensure that the SOPs are being followed and adhered to by warehouse.
- Ensure SLA are met and actions to be taken to ensure all KPIs are met as agreed.
- Safely and Quality Assurance - Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift.
- Participate in Toll/Customer quality compliance and initiatives e.g. ISO accreditation/GxP Standards.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualification : Any Graduate
- Experience : 5-10 years
