Job Description
- Clean data and maintain data hygiene in our engagement tools
- Build surveys with complex rules and workflows in Qualtrics
- Create compelling dashboards and reports in Qualtrics that meet the needs of a wide range of stakeholders
- Design ad-hoc reports to solve unique business questions combining employee voice data from surveys with people data from our other core systems
- Generate clear and comprehensive documentation about survey administration, survey access, and dashboards
- Assist in updating and maintaining dashboards across People Analytics in our BI visualization tools
- Help facilitate qualitative data collection and reporting
- Manage and administer security and security profiles across our People Analytics tools
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of applied experience with Qualtrics or equivalent workflow oriented survey tool management
- Experience with sensitive and confidential data and the reporting rules of survey data
- 2+ years of experience with business systems administration
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization and deep understanding of relevant best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to distill complex data patterns into compelling stories through slide decks, executive summaries, etc
