Minimum Qualifications :
- BE/ B.Tech (IT/ Computer Science) or MCA/ M.Sc. Computer Science & Engineering.
- 10-14 years of relevant experience in software development, design, analysis, testing, product implementation, Project management.
Job Overview :
- Responsible for managing multiple concurrent Digital projects with strong organization, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Work independently to manage tasks and timelines.
- Lead change and innovation.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Work with IFS unit SMEs, understand the business needs and establish deep understanding of the functions.
- Understand the business objectives and system/solution needs, the "as is" process and operational challenges to suggest possible automation solutions, including "To be state"
- Conduct analysis using well defined and structured approaches, resolve business problems through functional solutions
- Gather/Identify, analyze and document business requirements using BRDs, storyboards, user stories, epics etc.
- Elicitation of requirements (Brainstorming, Document Analysis Interface Analysis, Observation, Requirements Workshops)
- Analysis and documentation of requirements, BRD / FDD / GAP analysis, Preparation of Use cases and Test cases.
- Creation of requirement traceability matrix (RTM) to keep a track of all the subsequent changes.
- Maintain requirement backlogs and help development team with prioritizations
- Participate in pre-grooming and grooming sessions, and resolve their queries of development team
- Facilitate solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Prepare/ Review test scenarios and test coverage documents to ensure quality delivery
- Perform quality checks on the delivered work product to ensure 0 defect leakage to production
- Review/edit/write release notes, product documents and user manuals - Provide product Demos for developed features.
- Support business through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption
- Engage with IFS Verticals on regular basis to seek feedback and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve current processes and/or propose new processes for improving productivity.
- Review and evaluate proposals made by product offerings in order to improve the value proposition
- Develop knowledge about competing products available in the market
- Assist in proof of concepts by defining deliverables and scope, coordinating with the Implementation team, and working with prospects to prove deliverables are complete
- Collaborate with IFS stakeholders to identify opportunities for increasing operating efficiencies
- Identifying and executing process improvements through implementation of industry standard best practices.
- Work with all IFS Verticals & keep all informed about the progress, issues, risks & be able to manage them proactively
- Support change and innovation
- Bring an integrated approach towards business and IT engagement
- Support Cross-Functional & Multiple Project Teams working on multiple integration initiatives
- Ensure Business As usual at all times.
- Collaborate with leadership team to ensure that strategic plans are defined and business objectives are delivered
- Additionally, he/she would be responsible to conduct duties as mentioned in safety and security policy (as applicable)
Additions to Responsibilities and Duties are not limited to the above and can encompass other operational requirements of the department
