Job Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with a strong background in Data Analytics and Application Development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in development technologies such as Java/.Net and be highly proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies. This role demands a leader who can drive the successful delivery of complex data and application development projects while fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment between the business, data analytics, and application development teams.

- Facilitate the identification and resolution of project impediments and risks.

- Support the teams in developing high-quality software applications, ensuring both technical and business objectives are met.

- Track and communicate project progress, KPIs, and sprint metrics to stakeholders.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment and improve on existing processes.

- Ensure smooth collaboration between data analysts, software engineers, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Apply expertise in Data Analytics and Application Development to help guide and mentor teams on best practices.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- 8 - 14 years of experience with a minimum of 4+ years working as a Scrum Master.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

- Hands-on experience in Application Development using technologies such as Java and .Net.

- Proven track record in delivering Data Analytics projects with strong knowledge of data platforms, pipelines, and tools.

- Experience in managing teams in a cross-functional environment.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to coach and mentor development teams and instill Agile principles.

Good to Have :

- A combination of experience in both Data Analytics and Application Development.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
