Experience : More than 8 years
SKILLS:
Engine manufacturing process, like Honing, Machining center , Programming, Tool correction, Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens Controls
Machining, Cutting Tool,
CNC Programming
Basic Machine systems
knowledgeable about various milling, drilling, reaming grinding, finish boring operations
Use of Quality Tools
DWM Approach
Knowledge about SPC, MSA & PFMEA.
People Management / IR issue handling / conflict Management
Work experience of MOST, Work content reduction
Sound knowledge of Engine Mechanism & Function
Experience of Engine Mfg. process and production management
Should be aware of TPM Principles and application
Sound knowledge about CMM & GD & T
Knowledge of Cutting Tools, Casting, Latest trend in cutting tools & Machine tool.
Knowledge/working experience of Quality systems
