This role involves supporting the overall learning and development initiativesof the organization, with a focus on training needs identification, contentcreation, training delivery, and continuous follow-up. The person in this rolewill be expected to work closely with trainers and employees to identifylearning needs, develop and deploy training materials, track training progress,and evaluate training effectiveness. The role also involves managingcommunication related to L&D activities, creating metrics for the LearningManagement System (LMS), and maintaining engagement with the organizationstraining programs.

Qualifications:
Engineering degree/MCA/BCA/Bachelors degree in humanresources, Training and Development
At least two years of training experience in IT organization required
Programming experience in SQL, Python and good knowledge in excel
Roles & Responsibilities: Training Needs Identification (TNI): Work with L&D teams and trainers to identify the training needs ofemployees across various functions. Assist in creating monthly training calendars based on the TNI, and coordinatewith trainers to schedule the courses. Analyse the skill gaps and align training activities to address these gaps.
Survey and Feedback: Prepare and distribute surveys for course feedback, such as 360-degree surveysfor comprehensive training evaluation. Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to gauge theeffectiveness of courses and make improvements. Regularly assess the success of L&D programs and adapt training offeringsbased on participant feedback.
Content and Assignment Creation for Soft Skills: Develop training content and assignments for soft skills programs, includingtopics like communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, etc. Ensure that the content is engaging, relevant, and suited to the needs of theparticipants.
Content Creation in LMS: Develop and upload training content into the Learning Management System (LMS),ensuring it is easily accessible for employees. Create assignments, quizzes, and assessments for courses like Fovea, Englishcommunication, and soft skills training. Ensure the LMS is up-to-date with the latest training materials and tracksparticipant progress.
Course Enrollment and Follow-up: Manage the enrollment process for training courses, ensuring that employees aresuccessfully signed up and informed of course schedules. Follow up with employees regarding course completion, ensuring that they areprogressing as required and addressing any concerns or obstacles.
Preferred Skills
Experience 2-4 yrs will be good else they will not be able to understand theimpact of soft skill related training. Someone with at least a slight Technical background L&D Team member from Software Collaborating with external Vendors Being able to learn any tool quickly and use the same ex:-clip champ Curious to adopt AI into the process related to this role
MetricsData Collection for BI Dashboard: Collect and maintain data related to training metrics, such as coursecompletion rates, satisfaction levels, and performance improvements. Contribute data for the Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard, helping tovisualize the impact of L&D activities.
Weekly and Daily Mailers: Send weekly and daily email communications to employees regarding upcomingtraining, ongoing courses, or soft skills tips. Ensure the content is engaging and relevant to the employees development path.
Voice of Triyam Mails: Send regular Voice of Triyam emails to reinforce learning from soft skillsand leadership training sessions, helping employees recap and apply keytakeaways.
