Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients vendors and partners
Ensure timely followups on all client queries feedback and concerns
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless transition of candidates from the bench to projects
3 Liaison for Bench Candidates and Sales Recruiters
Act as the primary point of contact for all bench candidates guiding them through the sales process
Coordinate with sales recruiters to ensure that bench candidates are matched with appropriate opportunities
Address any issues or concerns raised by bench candidates or sales recruiters in a timely and effective manner
4 Sales Marketing of Bench Candidates
Promote bench candidates through various channels such as job boards social networks and referrals
Ensure the bench candidates skills experiences and specialties are effectively highlighted and communicated to potential clients
5 Reporting Analysis
Regularly review and analyse the performance metrics of the bench sales process
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve the overall efficiency and success rate of placements
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in bench sales preferably within the IT industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
