We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bench Sales Lead to join our team. As a Bench Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales in the US IT Staffing domain, maintaining strong connections with white vendors, and ensuring the placement of H1B/OPT/CPT candidates in minimal turnaround time.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your 3-5 years of experience in Bench Sales to maintain and grow relationships with white vendors, tier-1 vendors, and consultants.
Interact effectively with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD, and OPT consultants to understand their requirements and facilitate placements.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including profile submission, rate negotiations, and follow-up to ensure successful placements.
Demonstrate knowledge of different employment types such as W2, Corp to Corp, and 1099.
Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates and opportunities.
Stay updated on visa classification terms, rules, and policies including H1B, OPT EAD, H4 EAD, and TN Visa.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall company success.
Maintain awareness of current technologies and market trends to effectively sell to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bench Sales within the US IT Staffing industry.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with white vendors and tier-1 vendors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with various employment types and visa classifications.
Proficiency in using job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong team player with an aggressive approach to sales.
