Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Privee to enhance brand outreach and engagement in Hyderabad. This role involves client acquisition, CRM management, experience coordination, and scaling up bespoke offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Engagement

• Connect and reconnect with the Privee client base to create desire and drive store walk-ins.
• Expand outreach efforts in Hyderabad and Chennai through personalized one-on-one and group interactions.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) effectively to capture and analyze client data and insights.

Experiential Engagement

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Hyderabad region, collaborating with retail and Symova teams for experience execution.
• Track and monitor the number and type of client experiences offered.
• Maintain a repository of pictures, feedback, and testimonials to enhance experience records.

Bespoke Clientele Expansion

• Drive engagement for bespoke offerings, targeting both repeat Zoya clients and PCG (Potential Client Group).
• Track and manage active bespoke opportunities, ensuring seamless client interactions.
• Leverage CRM insights to identify and create new opportunities as client queries arise.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in luxury retail, client acquisition, or high-end customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for data tracking and client insights.
• Excellent coordination and execution skills for client experiences.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in the Hyderabad and Chennai regions.
