Payable Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payables process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
  
• Perform financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy of transactions and maintain records accordingly.
  
• Assist in managing cash flow by tracking incoming and outgoing payments, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable function in an IT industry setting.
  
• B.Com degree (Commerce) or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CMA).
  
• Strong understanding of accounting functions, including financial operations, management, and reconciliation principles.
  
• Proficiency in Payable Management software applications; ability to learn new systems quickly.
