We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can own and expand our content strategy to drive sustained, high- quality customer acquisition.
Role Overview:
As Content Marketing Manager at Neo, you will develop and execute a data- driven content strategy that spans blog, landing pages, video, and more- aimed squarely at attracting and converting new users from organic channels. You'll own the entire lifecycle of content creation, optimization, and distribution, with a relentless focus on measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities;
Content Strategy & Ownership:
- Define and refine Neo's content marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with target audiences (SMBs, solopreneurs, professionals) and overall business objectives.
- Develop editorial calendars and content roadmaps that support both brand awareness and direct acquisition goals.
Content Creation & Distribution;
- Produce or oversee creation of conversion- focused landing pages, blog posts, video scripts, and other owned- media assets.
- Manage internal teams or agency partners to deliver high- quality, engaging, and SEO- optimized content on schedule.
SEO & Organic Growth:
- Collaborate closely with the SEO team to identify keyword opportunities, optimize on- page factors, and build content clusters that drive organic traffic.
- Continuously monitor rankings, impressions, and click- through rates, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
Conversion & ROI Focus;
- Track and report on the performance of all content, using metrics such as leads generated, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
- Implement and refine attribution models, ensuring that content investments meet or exceed return- on- spend targets.
Content Promotion & Channel Expansion:
- Identify and execute distribution strategies (social media, email, partnerships, guest posting) that expand Neo's reach and drive qualified traffic.
- Test new channels (e.g., YouTube, podcasts, webinars) and content formats to continuously find growth opportunities.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management;
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and SEO teams to align content topics with product launches, campaigns, and lead- generation goals.
- Coordinate with design, video production, and external freelancers or agencies to maintain brand standards and timely delivery.
Qualifications & Experience;
- Proven Track Record of Content- Led Growth: Experience scaling a website, blog, or channel to significant reach (e.g., 1M+ monthly visitors, 100K monthly video views, or 50K+ monthly leads).
- Hands- On Content Production: Comfortable creating compelling written, visual, or video content or directing agencies/freelancers to do so.
- Strong SEO & Analytics Skills: Ability to use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, SEO tools) to derive insights and measure ROI.
- B2B/B2C SaaS Experience: Familiarity with the needs and pain points of small businesses, freelancers, and professionals is a plus.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines, and collaborating with cross- functional teams.
- Excellent Communication: Skilled at presenting ideas, results, and recommendations to leadership; able to advocate for and defend content strategies using data.
