Strategic Account Manager
Role Overview:
- Titan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Account Manager to manage relationships with our reseller partners, which include some of the largest hosting companies globally, such as Newfold Digital, Hostinger, Name.com, and others.
- The Strategic Account Manager will own these partnerships post-signing, ensuring seamless integration, execution, and revenue growth through innovative initiatives.
- This role is critical in driving Titan's business growth by being the primary point of contact (SPOC) for partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
What is the job like?
Partner Relationship Management:
- Own the end-to-end relationship with Titan's reseller partners post-deal signing.
- Act as the face of Titan, serving as the primary point of contact for all partner queries (business and technical).
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners, ensuring high partner satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to prioritize high-impact initiatives for both Titan and partners.
- Negotiate agreements and renewals to align with Titan's growth goals.
Revenue Growth:
- Develop strategies to drive revenue growth for existing partners through:
- Launching new integration models.
- Tracking partner metrics (e.g., revenue, monetization, signups) and identifying growth opportunities.
- Implementing initiatives to increase paid packages and revenue.
- Monitor and report revenue outcomes versus projections and ensure continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the successful and timely delivery of partnership-related initiatives.
- Provide final sign-off for partner integrations and partner-related projects.
- Own relevant dashboards for partner revenue and partner monetization.
- Act as the voice of the partner within Titan, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with Titan's goals.
Technical Integration Management:
- Collaborate with partners to understand integration requirements and create detailed specification documents in liaison with the product and tech teams.
- Plan and manage project schedules, anticipating risks and providing mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of integrations.
- Document integration and delivery processes, creating reusable playbooks for future projects.
- Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders on a regular cadence, managing conflicts and competing priorities effectively.
Who should apply for this role?
Experience & skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in the software industry, including experience managing large partners (preferably in the hosting space) and cross-functional SaaS projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics, including acquisition, activation, retention, and MRR.
- Proven experience in cross-functional coordination with engineering, product, business development, and other teams.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.
- Knowledge of the web hosting industry and control panels (cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools to manage schedules, risks, and project reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA with a bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
- Knowledge of hosting (preferable) and reseller ecosystems and their operational frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and partner satisfaction in a SaaS environment.
