Core Responsibilities:
- Own renewal and expansion targets for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Partner with CSMs to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.
- Monitor account health metrics and create action plans to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Serve as escalation point for complex commercial discussions.
Requirements.
- 5-6 years of B2B account management experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and growth targets.
- Experience in contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
