Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Supplier Identification and Selection: Research and identify potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet our standards for quality and service.
• Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
• Purchase Order Processing: Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Cost Control: Implement strategies to reduce purchasing costs and improve efficiency.
• Contract Management: Review and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance.
• Complete knowledge of PR to PO Process.
• New vendor development
• Regular follow-up with suppliers for the on time delivery.
• Responsible for 100% material availability.
• Timely clearance of payments, handling vendor inquiries and resolving their grievances.
• preparation of comparative statement
• knowledge of food ingredients and API.
