Senior Warehouse Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Handling, storage and material movement in warehouse for raw and packing goods.
• Availability of raw and packaging material as per production plan.
• Internal/External audits/ Inspections, observation and its compliance.
• Preparation of SOP, feeling change control and deviation for warehouse operation.
• To ensure all warehouse transaction as per SOP and statutory norms.
• To train warehouse staff as SOP and other statuary norms.
• Reporting immediately on non-conformance, incident and documenting the same.
• Implement and follow objective, target and management program.
• Good command over computers in excel, word.
• Have to adhere to regulatory guidelines in storage of RM/PM/PPM.
• Responsible to maintain right quantity of stock in right conditions.
• Should have knowledge of fast moving essential items & slow moving non-essential

items.

• Should have knowledge on Supply Chain Management knowledge to adhere to analyze

and keep safety stock levels of critical RM/PM which affects regular production.

• Should be responsible for handling Production Planning and Inventory Control for

supporting business development.

• Coordination with customers for regular product supplies.
• Candidate should have well in Single point of contact for receiving POs, making OAs and

planning for the same.

• Candidate should have good in Solving problems with customer for issues artworks

change.

• Candidate will be responsible for Coordination for RM & PM with Manufacturing Plant

and Coordination with lab for product release.

• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

COMPETENCIES

• Must be proficient in analytical techniques and methodologies.
• Should have worked on ERP\SAP on any management system.
• Numeracy and an understanding of finance for stock management
• People management skills, including the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team of

people, delegate work and explain ideas

• Planning and organizing skills to effectively manage the flow of stock
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Must be able to effectively communicate with large groups and work collaboratively.
