Role & responsibilities

1. Appropriation Requests Create a variant in SAP, and link the variant to the budget unit.

2. Black Line Reconciliations Fixed Assets GLs, Follow-up for closure of open items

3. Internal order management Create various types of IOs (Capital, Expense, Intercompany), Budget increase/movement, Settlement rule

4. Asset Master Create, Transfer and Disposal

5. Reporting Quarterly review of asset tag, 90 days, and yearly Internal order review

6. Internal & External Customer Query - E-Mail/Calls

7. Generic E-Mail Monitoring

8. Month/Quarter-End Finance Closure Support

Back-up for Transactional Process Cash Application

Skills:

1.Strong analytical skills
2.Clear and effective communications skills both verbally and in writing. Experience of working in a global setup will be of advantage
Ability to organize own time and work independently, without supervision
Ability to work in a team- based environment and to interface with employees/customers at all levels

Technical:

Exposure to SAP/Excel

Work Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
