Line Engineer -Building Maintenance ( Civil )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Building Maintenance & Repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during construction projects.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute repair and maintenance plans for existing infrastructure.
  
• Provide technical support for building maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and resolving problems related to electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
  
• Develop detailed reports on project status, budget variances, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of building maintenance principles and practices; knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; ability to learn new software quickly.
