Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Quality

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with IATF standards for plastic injection molding processes.
  
• Manage customer complaints, monitor PPM (Parts Per Million) levels, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee quality control activities such as inspections, audits, and testing to ensure product conformity to specifications.
  
• Develop and implement effective quality management systems to improve process efficiency and reduce defects.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in a similar role within the plastics industry or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B. Tech/B.E.)
  
• Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes.
