Job Description
We are seeking a experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management within a digital marketing agency environment. They will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve brand goals and KPIs.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirement
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing social media platforms for brands.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., social media insights).
- Strong creative and short reels shooting
- Familiarity with paid media campaigns and ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
